How do I join?

A: It's easy! First, read and agree to our Virtual Recruiter Split Fee Agreement, where you will then be automatically redirected to our Success Shop to complete your registration. As soon as we receive your Agreement, you will receive your Welcome Packet along with general information and a request for your resume.  As soon as we receive your resume, you will be matched with three (3) job openings according to your background and experience and you can begin recruiting on your three (3) job openings immediately.

Which job openings will I be given?

A: In your Virtual Recruiter Welcome Packet, you will be asked to submit your resume. Our expert recruiters will then match your current and/or previous skill set to the best possible job orders based upon - (1) your previous career expertise or skills (2) the geographic area in which you reside (3) the "freshness" of the search and (4) the largest fees first!

How can I get paid?

A: The simple answer is by providing a candidate that is hired on one of the three (3) job openings we give to you. COMMISSION SCHEDULE

Will I know which companies I am representing to potential candidates?

A: No. All searches are confidential and no client company names will be disclosed at the beginning of the search. What you receive is a job description that lists all of the relevant skills, education, location, title and other relevant position requisites. SAMPLE JOB OPENING

Once your candidate has been selected for an interview with the client company or client recruiter, or when an applicable business purpose exists, client names may be confidentially released to the Virtual Recruiter.

How will I know if my candidate is being interviewed? Or hired?

A: Weekly activity reports on all candidates can be submitted via email and will be updated and returned. These reports can be found in the Virtual Recruiter Welcome Packet. All scheduled interviews (including telephone interviews) are confirmed via email with the Virtual Recruiter, the candidate and the client recruiter. The best way to know what is going on with your candidate is to call them! The best recruiters call their candidates regularly - they represent our "inventory" after all! When in doubt, give them a shout!

How can I increase the chances of getting my candidates interviewed and hired?

A: Understanding the job order is critical. Certification Training Levels I and II provide trade secrets, techniques, and the A-Z understanding of success in the recruiting business. This training is 100% REFUNDABLE (in your first commission check following training completion). CERTIFY AND TRAIN NOW

What if I don't like the job openings I have been given?

A: Consider that these job openings were hand selected for you based on a number of criteria (FAQ 2), so an explanation as to why you feel you need different job openings as well as why you think you will be more successful filling alternate openings is needed. None of us will make money if we spend our days replacing our old job openings with new job openings. At some point, we have to dig in and fill job openings! However, we DO want you to be successful and will make every reasonable attempt to honor all requests for replacement job openings. We reserve the right to limit replacement job openings to five (5) per thirty-day period.

What if I do not understand the job openings I am given?

A: You will! We matched them to your past resume experiences! If for some reason you have questions on the job order, simply email a copy of the job opening and your question(s) and our support team will get you the answers.

What if I am told my candidate will not be interviewed for the position? Or that it has been filled?

A: Unfortunately, we hear "no" quite a bit in our profession - from candidates and hiring authorities alike! The best advice is not to take it personally and resign yourself to finding a better match and higher quality candidate for the next job opening. Getting some feedback is useful so you can modify your search efforts. Every possible effort will be made to provide clear feedback on candidate selection or rejection, but all feedback is client-dependent and we can't force our clients to tell us why they won't interview or hire a particular candidate. The best attitude is to accept the fact that you didn't have the best candidate - if you did it would have resulted in a job offer or an interview. Onward...upward. If the job opening you are working on gets filled, you will be given a replacement opening. Everyone is working toward a common goal - to make placements!

I already have experience as an executive recruiter; do I have to go through training?

A: No! We offer all of our Virtual Recruiters a 40% commission split from the word go. The training just helps you get better and earn even more! Your percentage increases to 45% after completion of Training Level I and 50% after completion of Training Level II. Check out the differential in fees at the top of your job orders and decide from there if this 100% REFUNDABLE Training is a good investment for you! CERTIFY NOW

How do I find candidates?

A: So many ways!! Start with people you know. Networking is the best way to find passive candidates. Advertise. Job boards. Social networking. Call them directly. Referrals. Job fairs. Search engines. Take our Training Level I for a comprehensive understanding of recruiting the best candidates. CERTIFY AND TRAIN NOW

Will other Virtual Recruiters be given the same job openings as me?

A: They might. It really depends on the Virtual Recruiters' skill set and the job opening we need filled. Get used to welcoming your competition and knowing you can provide a higher quality and caliber candidate. It is the best way to ensure you never have to worry about competition!

What if more than one recruiter submits the same candidate for the same opening?

Well this would certainly be rare, indeed! But stranger things have happened and if it ever should, the candidate ownership will be determined by and given to the recruiter who submits the candidate first -- as determined by the email time and date stamp accompanying the candidate's resume.

Will my candidate(s) be interviewed? Be hired?

A: Just check out the Recent Placements and Accepted Offers section and you'll see that recruiter's are definitely cashing in, getting hires and making placements. However, keep in mind, no one is going to pay you thousands of dollars for average. We get paid to bring ONLY the very best potential candidates to the table for each job opening. If you consistently bring the best candidate, you will make placements. However, "best" is subjective and can only be determined by our hiring authorities. Therefore, we make no guarantees that your submitted candidate(s) will be interviewed or hired. Keep in mind, we're all working toward the same goal - if you don't make money, we don't make money. The more money you make, the more money we make. We're all sitting on the same side of the fence as it relates to wanting to make placements and get candidates hired. Now it is up to YOU to SHOW OFF YOUR top talent!
